Why we need your help...
In recent months our donations and grants have gone down to the point that we are at a critical point and need a few thousand dollars to stay afloat. Our goal is $3,100.
We are not like other rescue groups. We don't shy away from high medical expenses, difficult cases, or unadoptable dogs. It is for these reasons we are in the situation we are in. We do not rescue to make a profit, but to help animals in need.
For example we have in our care right now, 1 deaf dog, 3 dogs undergoing heart worm treatment, one dog with a heart murmur, and 1 with ringworm. In the past we have rescued dogs in need of extemely expensive medical care and specialists. We don't shy away from animals truly in need.
We also are unique that we actually try to help owner's in need either place their dogs or get them medical attention when needed, we give free food to low income families once a month, and try our best to help people when they find stray animals.
PLEASE help us survive, so we can help other animals survive.
